1. Yantai Nonferrous Metal Processing Factory was founded in Sep. 1987. 2. Developed joint venture with Shanghai Baosteel and renamed Yantai Lubao Nonferrous Alloy Factory in Dec. 1994. 3. Renamed Shandong Justware Private Scientific & Technological Park Lubao Nonferrous Alloy Factory in Jan. 2001. 4. Renamed Yantai Lubao Nonferrous Alloy Co., Ltd. in Jul. 2009.
